GESTIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

Abstract

“La tecnología reinventará los negocios, pero las relaciones humanas seguirán siendo la clave del éxito” (Stephen Covey). Efectivamente, una empresa puede estar dotada de la más alta tecnología y capital físico; puede batir récord en resultados y en expectativas; pero nada de eso sería posible sin un buen equipo humano. En este trabajo analizaremos la importancia de los recursos humanos en las empresas de la sociedad actual e investigaremos un poco su recorrido a lo largo de la historia; todo ello, sin olvidar nuestro “particular” enfoque didáctico.“Technology will reinvent business, but human relations will be the key to success” (Stephen Covey). In essence, a business can have the best technology and equipment. It can have high expectations and achieve record-breaking results. But none of these would be possible without a good personnel team. In this investigation, we study the importance of human resources in everyday business, and we research their evolution in history. We do all of this, without forgetting our “own” educational perspective
