Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster aborda una Unidad Didáctica con la temática de la nutrición,
la alimentación y la salud destinada a alumnos de tercer curso de ESO.
Se ha planificado una serie de sesiones y actividades a través de las cuales se espera que el alumnado adquiera conocimientos relativos a los principales aparatos implicados en la nutrición (digestivo, respiratorio, circulatorio y excretor). También se tratan los nutrientes y los alimentos, así como las enfermedades relacionadas con la nutrición. Para ello, se propone llevar a cabo un proyecto de Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) como metodología de enseñanza, contando con los familiares para desarrollar una serie de talleres con los contenidos mencionados mediante los cuales se favorezcan hábitos alimenticios saludables.
De esta manera se pretende favorecer un aprendizaje significativo y conseguir que los estudiantes adquieran un conocimiento integral y completo de la nutrición, desarrollando competencias que puedan aplicar en su vida cotidiana.
[EN] This Master final work deals with a Didactic Unit related to nutrition, feeding and health addressed to third-grade students of the Compulsory Secondary Education. A series of sessions and activities have been planned so that the students may acquire knowledge about the systems involved in nutrition (digestive, respiratory, circulatory and excretory systems). It also covers nutrients, food and nutrition-related diseases. In order to achieve this goal, a service-learning project is proposed as teaching methodology. We will count on the collaboration of the student’s relatives to develop practical workshops in which they can learn about these topics with the aim of promoting healthy eating habits. In this way, it is intended to promote a meaningful learning and ensure that students acquire a comprehensive and complete knowledge of nutrition, developing skills that they can apply in their daily lives.
