El trabajo se divide de dos capítulos, el primero de ellos nos aproxima al concepto de empresa familiar. He estudiado los requisitos para considerar a una empresa, familiar, la importancia de las relaciones entre los diferentes agentes que la forman, he aproximado a todos los órganos de gobierno que la forman y cómo interactúan entre ellos para procurar una correcta continuidad, terminando el capítulo destacando las ventajas e inconvenientes que poseen estas empresas
En el segundo capítulo, he centrado en el papel del protocolo familiar, el cuál es una hoja de ruta a seguir ante cualquier situación que se presente en la empresa familiar, debiendo participar en él de una forma u otra toda la familia para evitar posibles conflictos. En su desarrollo destaco la importancia sobre los Estatutos sociales, las capitulaciones matrimoniales y el testamento. Finalmente hago una breve reflexión sobre su publicidad y posible inscripción en el registro mercantil

Finally I make a brief reflection on its advertising and possible registration in the commercial register
