Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (en adelante TFG) propone por un lado el desarrollo de una programación mediante una metodología didáctica, atendiendo a conceptos y actitudes que acerquen al alumnado al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Por otro lado se propone una propuesta didáctica para trabajar la vida sana a través de diversas actividades constructivistas mediante las cuales los alumnos de primer curso de Educación Primaria pueda conocer y comprender la importancia del bienestar y la salud en ellos mismos.
En esta unidad didáctica que realizaremos, sin dejar de lado el método tradicional, desarrollaremos distintas tareas didácticas con el propósito de introducir a los alumnos en la vida sana y la concienciación de la importancia de las diferentes actividades que se deben llevar a cabo en su vida diaria para mantenerse fuertes y sanos. Además hablaremos sobre la dieta equilibrada centrándonos en la función vital de nutrición.
This end of degree project (from this point, EDP) suggests, on the one hand, a programming’s development by a direct methodology, attending to concepts and attitudes which move students closer to the teaching and learning process. On the other hand, it is suggested an educational proposal to learn healthy habits through different activities by which students, who are on the first year of Primary Education, could be aware of the importance of well-being and health in themselves. In this educational unit, without forgetting the traditional method, we will develop different teaching activities with the intention of introducing students to health habits and raising awareness of the importance which have the activities which should be carried out in their lives in order to becoming strong and healthy people.
