Resumen
[ES] Las Denominaciones Geográficas Protegidas por el ordenamiento jurídico estatal y comunitario
suponen para los productores un activo que establece una ventaja diferencial frente a los demás
fabricantes. Además de una de las claves para evitar su usurpación e imitación por los competidores
del mercado.
Por parte del consumidor, estos indicativos de calidad (Denominaciones de Origen Protegidas e
Indicaciones Geográficas Protegidas) son una garantía de profesionalidad y calidad de los
productos, por lo cual es necesaria una reglamentación que establezca un conjunto de normas que
controlen a los fabricantes en materias tan dispares como procesos de fabricación, regímenes de
calidad, etiquetado…
El Presente trabajo Fin de Grado va a establecer un estudio de la posibilidad de incluir en el
etiquetado un producto con un distintivo de calidad como ingrediente de un producto elaborado.
