Resumen
Este proyecto se basa en la parte de implementación de un software
destinado a realizar las tareas necesarias para la sincronización de una máquina
real clasificadora de aceitunas. En la provincia de Jaén, que es donde se ha
desarrollado este proyecto, la utilización de ésta máquina dará mucho beneficio a
la industria del aceite de la oliva debido a que la provincia jiennense abarca la mayor
producción de este alimento en el mundo. La clasificación de este fruto se realizará
mediante visión por computador. El software implementado tomará toda la
información de esa visión por computador y gracias a un PLC se realizará la
clasificación de aceitunas mediante actuadores neumáticos. El objetivo principal de
la máquina es realizar una clasificación idónea para obtener diferentes calidades
de aceite.
