Interpretación de los sueños. Sigmund Freud

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo de revisión se explica en profundidad la teoría de la interpretación del sueño del psicoanalista Sigmund Freud, realizando un breve recorrido por sus antecedentes y revisando los distintos paradigmas anteriores de la misma. El objetivo es conocer la influencia que persiste de la teoría de la interpretación de los sueños y la importancia de la misma en los paradigmas que han surgido posteriormente. Los resultados muestran que su teoría de los sueños ha servido de gran ayuda en el tratamiento psicoterapéutico y psicoanalítico, y su importancia radica en que permite acercarnos a nuestro inconsciente, aunque en la actualidad queda mucho por abordar.

[EN]This review paper explains in detail the Sigmund Freud’s theory of dream interpretation, making a brief tour of his background and reviewing various paradigms above it. The goal is to understand the influence that persists in the theory of interpretation of dreams and their importance in the paradigms that have subsequently emerged. The results show that his theory of dreams has been of great help in the psychotherapeutic and psychoanalytic treatment and its importance lies in allowing our unconscious approach, though now much remains to be addressed.
