LA EDUCACIÓN INCLUSIVA EN LA EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA: ¿DERECHO EFECTIVO?

Resumen
En la actualidad las personas con discapacidad son uno de los colectivos más vulnerables dentro del Sistema Educativo Español. Por ello, por medio de este Trabajo Fin de Grado se pretende conocer la situación educativa de las personas con discapacidad, desde el derecho a la educación y desde la diversidad que existe entre ellas, basándonos en todos los elementos que compone el sistema educativo: Administración, familia, alumnado, profesorado, legislación educativa, entre otras.
Todas las partes deben implicarse para conseguir la efectividad del derecho a una educación inclusiva. Se constituyen así la implantación de nuestro objetivo de estudio; la Educación Inclusiva como derecho. Las personas con discapacidad tienen derecho a disponer de una educación de calidad y en igualdad de condiciones como el resto del alumnado.
At present, disabled people are one of the most vulnerable groups within the Spanish Educatiional System. Therefore, by means of this Final Degree Project, we intend to know the educational situation of people with disabilities, from the right to education and from the diversity that exists among them, based on all the elements that make up the educational system: administrative, family, students, teachers, educational legislation, among others. All parties must be involved to achieve the right to an inclusive education. Constitute the implementation of our study objective; Inclusive Education as a right. Making sure that people with disabilities have a quality education and equal conditions like the rest of the students.
