Resumen
La Coordinación Sociosanitaria es una labor que intenta proporcionar el acceso a los distintos servicios y
garantizar la persistencia de cuidados entre éstos. El incremento de la demanda de cuidados sociosanitarios
implica reformular los sistemas de coordinación, financiación y gestión, para ello en este estudio se muestra
la situación actual de la normativa sociosanitaria en España.
Concretamente, el presente TFG pretende dar a conocer la situación actual de la Coordinación
Sociosanitaria de las distintas Comunidades Autónomas en términos de normativa, con el objeto de
compararlos finalmente.
En conclusión, en términos de resultados se refleja que la Coordinación Sociosanitaria en España, a pesar
de los paulatinos avances, es relativamente baja y compleja por lo tanto, aún tiene mucho camino por
realizar
The Socio-health Coordination is a task that tries to provide the access to the different services and to guarantee the persistence of care between them. The increase in the demand for social health care involves reformulating the coordination, financing and management systems. For this purpose, this study shows the current situation of social and sanitary regulations in Spain. Specifically, the present TFG intends to present the current situation of the Sociosanitary Coordination of the different Autonomous Communities in terms of regulations, in order to finally compare them.
