The 10-week program has recorded results through ad-hoc questionnaires with sociodemographic and anthropometric variables and a series of physical and cognitive variables measured with Xiaomi Mi Band 4 activity bracelets, PA questionnaires such as the IPAQ-7 and SF-12 and physical tests such as the Course Navette and the Longitudinal Jump. Subsequently, the data were analyzed with statistical programs.
