LA REPRESIÓN DE LAS MUJERES EN EL FRANQUISMO

Abstract

La represión franquista en España, supuso un cambio radical en la vida de todos los afectados. En concreto, en el caso de las mujeres, las fonrnas de represión que se ejercieron contra ellas se tildan de diferenciada y sexuada porque fueron exclusivas de las mujeres. A lo largo de esta revisión, expondremos los mecanismos de opresión contra ellas, las causas por las que llegaban a prisión y por otra parte, la situación general de las prisiones femeninas. Puesto que, ellas soportaban unas duras condiciones en su estancia allí, ya que se daban situaciones de hacinamiento, hambre, insalubridad y falta de recursos. Todo ello, desde una perspectiva de género que recalque las desigualdades y diferencias que sufrieron las mujeres en esta época de la historiaThe Franco repression in Spain meant a radical change in the lives of all those affected.
