Resumen
Los cambios sociales que han tenido lugar durante las Ultimas dos décadas han ocasionado importantestransformaciones en los estilos de vida familiar. Una de las transformaciones mas importantes se relacionacon los habitos de alimentacién y sus posibles consecuencias insalubres. En este trabajo se ofrecen una seriede recomendaciones 0 actuaciones preventivas para madres y padres en el intento de paliar la aparicién deconductas infantiles problematicas en estas situaciones. Asimismo, se ha disefiado una unidad didactica parael alumnado de la etapa de educacion infantil en la que, a través de juegos y actividades, se intentan promoverdiversas competencias curriculares asociadas con una correcta alimentacion.
The social changes that have taken place over the past two decades have brought about significant changesin family lifestyles. One of the most important transformations relates to eating habits and their possibleunhealthy consequences. This paper offers a series of recommendations or preventive actions for mothersand fathers in an attempt to mitigate the appearance of problematic child behaviors in these situations. Inaddition, a teaching unit has been designed for pupils in the early childhood education stage in which, throughgames and activities, attempts are made to promote various curricular skills associated with proper nutrition.
