Vocational Education and Training (VET) generates skilled and astute professionals for the working market, but it is essential to improve constructs such as emotional intelligence (EI) and appropriate decision-making so that young people feel more engaged to work and greater job and life satisfaction. Therefore, an investigation is carried out, using the proposed educational programming as a processing between the pretest and posttest measurement of EI, decision-making, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The sample consists of 75 students, who responded to the instruments: SWLS-R, UWES-9, DCS and WLEIS-S. In the results, correlations were found between dimensions of the constructs and no differences were found in terms of gender, but there were differences in terms of age. Among the conclusions, the need to incorporate the development of these variables in the classroom for a better incorporation into the working market is highlighted.
