[ES] El presente proyecto abarca la descripción de la idea de negocio DOGI, la cual, está orientada a la creación de empresa en la ciudad de Bogotá,
Colombia. La empresa ofertará los servicios de intervenciones psicológicas asistidas con perros para favorecer el desarrollo de habilidades y
competencias de las personas, contribuyendo a la mejora del estado de salud y bienestar a través de un enfoque biopsicosocial.
En este trabajo se presenta el análisis externo, abarcando el entorno y el sector, así como, el análisis interno de recursos y capacidades.
Adicionalmente, se describe el proceso de consolidación, forma jurídica, publico objetivo, estimación de cuota de mercado, ventaja competitiva,
plan de marketing, descripción del producto, precio, distribución, plan de oferta, recursos requeridos, estimación de costos y viabilidad económica
y financiera.
[EN] This project covers the description of the DOGI business idea, which is aimed to create a company in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The company will provide psychological assistance with dogs to promote people's skills and competences, helping improve health and well-being through biopsychosocial approaches. This work presents the external analysis, covering the environment and the sector, as well as the internal analysis of resources and capacities. Furthermore, the consolidation process, legal form, target audience, market share estimate, competitive advantage, marketing plan, product description, price, distribution, offer plan, required resources, estimated costs, and economic and financial viability will be described.
