Tratamiento Cognitivo-Conductual del Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático en niños y adolescentes: Una revisión sistemática.

La presente revisión sistemática tuvo como objetivo principal revisar y analizar la eficacia del tratamiento cognitivo-conductual en niños y adolescentes que sufren trastorno de estrés postraumático (TEPT). Para ello se realizó una busqueda bibliográfica a través de bases de datos como Medline, Web of Science, ProQuest, Scopus y otras varias, teniendo en cuenta determinados criterios de inclusión que nos ayudan a seleccionar los artículos más útiles e interesantes para la realización de dicho trabajo. En cuanto a los resultados que se obtienen, muestran la eficacia del tratamiento cognitivo-conductal en distintos estudios y las diferencias que existen entre sus técnicas y con otras terapias. En esta revisión sistemática se confirma que el tratamiento que mejor funciona junto con sus diferentes técnicas en niños y adolescentes que sufren trastorno de estrés postraumático es la terapia cognitivo- conductual.
