Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer el proceso de
internacionalización de una empresa del sector oleícola. Hemos
elegido al grupo THuelma porque es una de las empresas con
mayor éxito de exportación de la provincia. Para ello, vamos a
realizar un estudio de las teorías más actuales de
internacionalización (Dunning, gradual y Born Global). Además,
hemos llevado a cabo una investigación en profundidad a través
de entrevistas semiestructuradas y grabadas al directivo encargado
de las ventas y nuevos negocios. Finalmente, este análisis nos
llevará a obtener unas conclusiones sobre las ventajas de
localización, los factores relacionados y las ventajas desarrolladas
por la empresa.
The aim of this study is to learn about the internationalisation process of a company in the olive oil sector. We have chosen the THuelma group because it is one of the most successful export companies in the province. Finally, this analysis will lead to conclusions about the advantages of localisation, the related factors and the advantages developed by the company.
