PROGRAMA DE ORIENTACIÓN E INTERVENCIÓN PSICOPEDAGÓGICA PARA LA MEJORA DEL TRÁNSITO DEL ALUMNADO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA A LA EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA OBLIGATORIA

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo pretende facilitar al alumnado de sexto de educación primaria, el proceso de tránsito a la educación secundaria, contribuyendo al desarrollo socioemocional del alumnado. La coordinación con el profesorado y orientador/a del IES de referencia, tiene un valor fundamental tanto en el desarrollo del programa como en la evaluación inicial de necesidades, así pues, se observa como los problemas de convivencia están aumentando entre el alumnado de 1º de ESO y la implicación familiar es cada vez menor. También se contemplan en cada uno de los programas, medidas de atención a la diversidad que favorecen la integración de un reducido pero significativo grupo de alumnado, por encontrarse en situación de riesgo social, con objeto de contribuir a la mejora de la convivencia y reducir el fracaso y abandono escolar prematuro.[EN]This work aims to facilitate the sixth grade students of primary education, the transition process to secondary education, contributing to the socio-emotional development of the students. Coordination with the teaching staff and counselor of the reference IES has a fundamental value both in the development of the program and in the initial assessment of needs, thus, it is observed how the problems of coexistence are increasing among the students of 1st year ESO and family involvement is decreasing. Also included in each of the programs, measures of attention to diversity that favor the integration of a small but significant group of students, because they are in a situation of social risk, in order to contribute to the improvement of coexistence and reduce the failure and early school leaving.
