[ES]Pese al carácter excepcional que el ordenamiento jurídico español otorga a los contratos temporales frente a los indefinidos, la excesiva contratación temporal siempre ha sido un problema que se ha intentado paliar desde su creación mediante sucesivas reformas laborales. El exceso de temporalidad conlleva precariedad e inseguridad para los trabajadores, mientras que los empleadores obtienen numerosos beneficios. Así, aunque la ley actualmente establece bastantes limitaciones para el uso de los contratos temporales, el abuso y el fraude de ley de estos contratos es el gran problema que se debe combatir.
[EN]In spite of the exceptional nature that the Spanish legal system grants to temporary contracts as opposed to indefinite ones, excessive temporary contracting has always been a problem that has been tried to alleviate since its creation through successive labor reforms. Excessive temporality leads to precariousness and insecurity for workers, while employers gain numerous benefits. So, although the law currently establishes enough limitations for the use of temporary contracts, the abuse and fraudulent law of these contracts is the great problem that must be tackled.
