PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN: ¡YO QUIERO TRABAJAR! TRANSICIÓN AL MUNDO LABORAL DE LAS PERSONAS CON TEA (TRASTORNO DEL ESPECTRO AUTISTA)

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo principal de este Trabajo Fin de Máster (en adelante TFM) es ofrecer una visión general de la necesidad de crear un Programa de Intervención para ofrecer ayuda y recursos a jóvenes y adultos que presentan Síndrome de Asperger-TEA, en lo relativo a la transición a la vida adulta y al mundo laboral. Por lo tanto, este escrito procura destacar la importancia de llevar a cabo programas multidisciplinares donde se ofrezca orientación laboral necesaria para las personas que se encuentran en edad de solicitar empleo. Así como, la adquisición de estrategias y habilidades útiles para planificar un proceso de búsqueda activa de empleo, adecuado a su perfil profesional y promoviendo la autonomía personal y la autodeterminación, que garantice la inclusión de este colectivo en el mundo laboral y en el entorno.[EN]The main objective of this Master ́s Degree is to provide an overview of the need to create an Intervention Program to offer help and resources to young people and adults with Asperger Syndrome-TEA, on the transition to adult life and the world of work. Therefore, this work aims to highlight the importance of carrying out multidisciplinary programmes providing the necessary career guidance for people of employable age. In addition, the acquisition of strategies and skills useful for planning an active job search process, appropriate to their professional profile and promoting personal autonomy and self-determination, to ensure the inclusion of this group in the world of work and in the environment.
