REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DEL USO DE LAS TIC EN EL SECTOR OLEÍCOLA

Resumen
Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación han
transformado la manera en que realizamos algunas tareas como
puede ser el proceso de comprar o la forma de relacionarnos.
Dentro del sector oleícola español resulta imprescindible la
implantación de las TIC en las actividades comerciales,
contribuyendo a la expansión y al desarrollo más eficiente del
sector.
Para conocer el nivel en que las cooperativas oleícolas incorporan
estas tecnologías para la comercialización del aceite se realizó una
revisión sistemática, con el objetivo de conocer la situación en la
que se encuentra el sector respecto al progreso tecnológico. Los
artículos estudiados plasman una idea muy aproximada sobre la
posición del sector oleícola en cuanto al uso de las TIC. Como
idea principal destaca la necesidad de una mayor implementación
de las TIC y la mejora en el aprovechamiento de las ya utilizadas
para el avance del sector oleícola en el ámbito comercial.

Within the Spanish olive sector, the introduction of ICTs in commercial activities is essential, contributing to the expansion and more efficient development of the sector. To know the level at which olive cooperatives incorporate these technologies for the commercialization of oil, a systematic review was carried out, with the aim of knowing the situation in which the sector finds itself with respect to technological progress. The articles studied reflect a very approximate idea about the position of the olive sector in terms of the use of ICT. The main idea is the need for a greater implementation of ICTs and the improvement in the use of those already used for the advancement of the olive sector in the commercial field.
