Resumen
[ES] Las mujeres y los menores han sufrido una desigualdad laboral y social con
respecto a los hombres que ha sido apoyada por instituciones gubernamentales a
lo largo de las distintas épocas. En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis de las
condiciones laborales de los mencionados sujetos desde el siglo XIX hasta la
actualidad, examinando la legislación correspondiente con una perspectiva
histórica y considerando cómo la Organización Internacional del Trabajo ha
tenido una influencia positiva en la misma, en la búsqueda de la equidad y de la
aplicación de los derechos humanos. Asimismo, se destaca la importante labor
de esta Organización y su visibilización en la jurisprudencia española.
[EN] Women and children have suffered from labor and social inequality with respect to men, inequality which has been supported for governments and institutions in every period of human history. In this end of degree dissertation, analysis of work conditions of the aforementioned subjects is carried out from the nineteenth century until current times, examining appropriate legislation with historical perspective and considering how International Labor Organization has had a positive influence on them, in search of equity and application of human rights. It also highlights the important work of this Organization and the visibility within Spanish jurisprudence.
