Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo se enmarca dentro de las posibles actuaciones en el ámbito de la
Auditoría Social, concretamente la Auditoría del Plan de Igualdad en las empresas. Este
trabajo se enfoca hacia la evaluación del Plan que la Diputación de Jaén realizó hace unos
años.
En el trabajo hemos pretendido auditar las actuaciones que la Diputación emprendió y que
se cerraron en falso, con objeto de poder seguir avanzando en su realización, resaltando los
puntos positivos y criticando aquellos aspectos que consideramos no adecuados para la
realización del Plan.
Se concluye que se han de hacer cambios metodológicos en el planteamiento, logar la
participación de todas las áreas de trabajo, su personal técnico y la representación sindical de
la empresa y concluir las fases que no se han desarrollado para su correcta implantación
[EN] This work is framed in the Area of Social Audit especifically in the Audit of the Equality Plan in entreprises. This work focuses on the evaluation of the plan developed by the Council of Jaen a few years ago. In this work we have tried to audit the actions that the Council of Jaen carried out and were closed false, in order to make further progress in its implementation, emphasizing the strengths and criticizing those aspects that we consider nor suitable for carryin out the Plan. It is concluded that it is necessary to make some methodological changes in this approach, to involve all the areas of work, the technical staff and the union representatives of the company and conclude the phases thah have not been developed for proper implementation
