The state security forces, by acting in these neighborhoods, create bonds of hatred towards the people who live in them, therefore, this work puts the focus of attention on the realization of a common work for the development of stigmatized neighborhoods. Working together means the end of this stigmatization by society, including them in it, and creating a positive vision of the security forces in front of these communities. The role of women in the neighborhoods as the protagonist of their own change is implicit, but invisible, which in turn shows us that it must be present in a transversal way.
