Resumen
[ES] Dentro de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos, vamos a tratar la nueva tendencia de
contratación de personal con discapacidad en el ámbito privado, así como la Creación de
Centros Especiales de Empleo como medida de inserción social e integración laboral de este colectivo. Con anterioridad expondremos las principales corrientes históricas de pensamiento que han surgido a lo largo de los años hasta llegar a la concepción de gestión de Recursos Humanos que hoy conocemos, desde la concepción instrumentalista del trabajador hasta la humanización del mismo. Prestaremos especial atención a la figura del discapacitado en los Centros Especiales de Empleo, así como al tipo de contratación usado en dichos centros y la cuantificación del empleo que generan.
Within the management of Human Resources, we are going to deal with the new tendency to contract disabled people in the private sector, as well as the setting up of Special Job Centres as a measure to integrate these people in the workforce and socially. Before we will speak about the main ways of thinking that have arisen over the years until we arrive at the way we treat Human Resources today, from the concept of the worker as an instrument to his/her being valued. We will pay special attention to disabled people in the Special Job Centres, as well as the type of contract given here and the amount of work generated.
