Resumen
[ES]Este documento trata de explicar las distintas formas en las que actualmente la mujer padece discriminación en el mercado laboral, principalmente la desigualdad salarial y la segregación ocupacional de género. En un primer momento se presentará la desigualdad en el ámbito internacional y en el seno familiar; a continuación se explicarán las diversas teorías que tratan de justificarla. Posteriormente se tratará el auge de la misma a causa de las medidas llevadas a cabo durante la crisis, para finalizar exponiendo una serie de conclusiones que enmarcan las posibles soluciones.
[EN]This paper seeks to explain the different ways in which women are currently discriminated against in the labor market, especially wage inequality and occupational gender segregation. In the first place inequality will be presented in the international sphere and whithin the family; then the various theories that try to justify it will be explained. Subsequently will be discussed the rise of this same because of the measures carried out during the recent economic crisis, to end with a series of conclusions that frame the posible solutions.
