The International Criminal Court has always given rise to different debates about its suitability and relevance in the international landscape. In this paper, different historical, functional and procedural issues of the Court will be analysed to enhance the objectives achieved, without forgetting that it must continue to grow and not stop investigating and examining any hint of international crime anywhere in the world, such as those in China, Mexico and Yemen.
