Modelización de datos económicos utilizando series temporales

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la evolución temporal del número de hipotecas concedidas por los diferentes organismos encargados de conceder los préstamos. El periodo de estudio está comprendido entre enero de 2008 y diciembre de 2019 en el territorio de Andalucía. Para ello, se utilizan técnicas estadísticas avanzadas en el análisis de series temporales. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el de realizar predicciones futuras del número de hipotecas utilizando el modelo óptimo de serie temporales que mejor se ajuste a los datos. En primer lugar, se presentan los datos que vamos a analizar en este trabajo y se justifica su utilización. Seguidamente, se analizan los datos mediante modelos ARIMA, ampliamente utilizados bajo el nombre de métodos de Box-Jenkins. Para el ajuste de dichos modelos, se utilizan programas estadísticos como son Stratgraphics y R. Para finalizar, se decide realizar unas predicciones, culminando el principal objetivo de este trabajo. This work analyzes the temporal evolution of the number of mortgages granted by the different organisms in charge of granting the loans. The study period is from January 2008 to December 2019 in the territory of Andalusia. For this, advanced statistical techniques are used in the analysis of time series. The main objective of this work is to make future predictions of the number of mortgages using the optimal time series model that best fits the data. First, the data that we are going to analyze in this work are presented and its use is justified. Next, the data is analyzed using ARIMA models, widely used under the name of Box-Jenkins methods. For the adjustment of these models, statistical programs such as Stratgraphics and R. Finally, it is decided to make some predictions, culminating the main objective of this work.
