Resumen
[ES]La presente revisión bibliográfica tiene como objetivo abordar los aspectos que inciden en la motivación académica del estudiante y plantear la intervención a realizar para mejorarlos. Para ello se expondrá el concepto de motivación académica ampliándola mediante los componentes motivacionales del alumnado que influyen de forma intrínseca a nivel académico: el componente de valor, de expectativa y se otorgará mayor importancia al componente emocional, aspecto clave sobre la motivación del sujeto. A continuación, se presentará la teoría atribucional de Weiner y se plantearán las atribuciones causales establecidas por los alumnos a partir de resultados académicos, explicando cuáles son patrones adaptativos y desadaptativos que condicionan la motivación, relacionándolos también con el tipo de metas a seguir y el autoconcepto establecido. Por último, se expondrá el tipo de intervención a seguir para desarrollar patrones atribucionales adaptativos analizando programas de entrenamiento atribucional efectivos y actuaciones docentes pertinentes.
[EN]The objective of this bibliographical overview is to deal with those aspects that influence the student’s academic motivation and put forward a suggested plan to improve them. In order to do so the concept of academic motivation will be explained amplifying it to include the motivational components that influence students academically in an intrinsic way ; values, expectations, giving priority to the emotional component which is a key aspect in the motivation of the learner in question. As a continuation, the Weiner's attributional theory will be presented and causal attributions established by students from academic results will arise, explaining which are adaptive and maladaptive patterns that influence motivation, also relating them to the kind of goals to follow and self-concept established. Finally, the type of intervention will be discussed continue to develop adaptive attributional patterns analyzing programs effective and relevant educational activities attributional training.
