Resumen
[ES] En los últimos años, las Tecnologías de la Información y la
Comunicación (TIC) han tenido un gran auge debido a la gran
influencia que el mundo de Internet, así como los nuevos
dispositivos como tablets o smartphones, está teniendo en nuestra
sociedad. Multitud de compañías estén implantando estas
tecnologías tanto para su gestión como en el proceso productivo.
Uno de los ámbitos que se puede destacar sería el departamento de
Recursos Humanos. En este departamento, las TIC están teniendo
una gran influencia, haciendo que las empresas ganen en imagen y
en saber hacer. Un claro ejemplo sería Inditex, al tener una fuerte
marca de empleador y un frecuente uso de las redes sociales para
el contacto con los clientes. Por tanto, el objetivo del presente
trabajo es conocer cómo las nuevas tecnologías están afectando o
influyendo en la sociedad, poniéndolo en practica mediante el
Grupo Inditex.

Therefore, the objective of this paper is to know how new technologies are affecting or influencing society, putting it into practice through the Inditex Group.
