Said protein is vital for its intervention in the regulation of metabolic homeostasis. The control is maintained by various interactions that occur between this complex with different proteins. To go deeper into the possible interactions of TORC1, a comparative study will be carried out between the proteins bound to Kog1 from immunoprecipitation experiments carried out in Dr. Navarro's laboratory by Dr. Martín-Exposito with the interactomes identified for the Kog1 protein and the complete TORC1 complex from protein databases. The purpose of this work is, in addition to confirming the physical interactions obtained in the immunoprecipitation experiments and analyzing their functional relationships, to identify new potential proteins that could interact with the TORC1 complex and see their functions.
