[EN] ABSTRACT Currently, society asks to incorporate into culture and education knowledge, skills and abilities that relate the body and motor activity, in such a way that they contribute to personal development and the improvement of the quality of life, hence the importance of Physical Education in the Secondary Education stage. And, it is precisely at this stage, when it is necessary to promote and facilitate students to acquire a meaningful understanding of their body and their possibilities, in order to know and master diverse actions that allow them to function in a normalized way in the environment, improve their living conditions and enjoy leisure by establishing rich and fluid interrelationships with others. The work presented below consists of an EF Didactic Programming for the 1st year of Compulsory Secondary Education , where the different Didactic Units that make it up are proposed, highlighting only one of them with the aim of promoting and disseminating the benefits of Physical Activity, as well as working on sports and physical condition based on the specialty and quality that is worked on, respectively, seeking a balance between all of them and an adequate, significant and comprehensive physical level. Therefore, Physical Condition professionals must be committed to developing all the motor aspects of their students, as well as other aspects that help convert PE into integrated training in the educational and social context. KEYWORD Physical education, secondary, quality of life, physical condition, personal development.
