Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado persigue ahondar en el concepto de la diversidad cultural, ya que es de vital importancia hoy en día para los centros tanto públicos como concertados y/o privados que los propios docentes estén formados en esta conceptualización para poder atender mejor a su alumnado. Para ello hemos recogido y modificado un cuestionario (Escuelas Católicas) y una vez analizados sus datos, podemos concluir que los docentes de los dos Centros Educativos de Linares, están formados en estos conceptos y poseen unas actitudes positivas.
In this final degree dissertation has as its main aim to research in depth about the concept of cultural diversity, due to the fact that it is of vital importance nowadays, for both to state schools, in other words public, and private, or even charter, schools, which are run by a public-private partnership to have their teachers educated about this concept in order to be able to assist and teach their pupils better. In order to do so, we have chosen and modified a questionnaire (from Catholic Schools) and after analysing the data, it can be concluded that the teachers in both Schools (from Linares – Jaen) have been educated and know this concept and they have positive attitudes towards it.
