En este proyecto se presenta un análisis desde un punto de vista estratégico de la entidad deportiva Real Madrid CF, tratándose a la misma como a una empresa y no como un club deportivo. El objeto de este análisis es demostrar que un club de fútbol ya no es sólo un equipo que obtiene títulos y victorias en el terreno de juego, sino una compañía que persigue objetivos económico-financieros, sigue estrategias basadas en oportunidades y fortalezas, evitando amenazas, solventando debilidades y alcanzando las metas implantadas a principios de temporada, que nada tienen que ver con lo deportivo.
En el caso que nos va a ocupar, nuestra empresa, ha fijado un objetivo, ser elegido mejor club del siglo XXI. El entorno general y específico, el análisis interno, el efecto de ambos junto con las estrategias a implantar por la entidad, son los pasos en el camino hasta lograr el objetivo seguido.
[EN] This project presents an analysis from a point of view strategic sports entity Real Madrid CF, treating it as a business and not as a sports club. The object of this analysis is to demostrate that a sports football club is not only a team that obtained titles and victories on the field of play, but a company that has financial objectives, strategies based on strenghts and opportunities, is still avoiding the threats, resolving the weaknesses and reaching the goals implemented at the beginning of season, that have nothing to do with sports. In this case that we will deal, our company has set a goal, be elected best club of the 21st century. The general and specific environment, the internal analysis, the effect of both together with the strategies to be implemented by the institution, are steps on the way to achieving the objective followed by the Real Madrid.
