Resumen
El trabajo tiene como finalidad analizar el fenómeno de la brecha salarial en nuestro país, así como diseñar el proceso de inclusión de este concepto en el sistema educativo. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un profundo análisis de la brecha salarial, repasando su evolución desde el Régimen franquista hasta la actualidad, detallando cuáles son las causas que la originan y los indicadores utilizados para su medición, especificando cuáles son las consecuencias que se derivan de esta, así como indicando las políticas públicas y medidas más importantes implementadas para su reducción o eliminación. Por otro lado, se proyecta la Unidad Didáctica diseñada para la asignatura de Economía de 1º de Bachillerato. Esta proyección recoge la contextualización de esta unidad, así como el currículo que determinará el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje que se llevará a cabo. Además, se incluyen otros
apartados dedicados a las actividades, atención a la diversidad, temporalización y evaluación, entre otros.
The purpose of this work is to analyze the gender pay gap phenomenon in our country and design the process of incorporating this concept into the educational system. To achieve this, a thorough analysis of the gender pay gap is conducted, reviewing its evolution from the Francoist regime to the present day. It details the causes that give rise to it, the indicators used for its measurement, and specifies the consequences that arise from it. Additionally, it highlights the most important public policies and measures implemented for its reduction or elimination. Furthermore, the projected Lesson Unit is designed for the Economics subject in 1st year of Bachillerato (equivalent to high school). This projection includes contextualizing this unit and outlining the curriculum that will determine the teaching and learning process. It also incorporates other sections dedicated to activities, attention to diversity, timing, and evaluation, among others.
