El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, tuvo como propósito indagar sobre la relevancia del desarrollo de la educación emocional desde edades tempranas y la necesidad de llevarla a cabo en el ámbito educativo. Tras seleccionar y analizar distintos artículos científicos sobre este tema, se revelaron los múltiples beneficios de la educación socioemocional y se confirmó que dicha educación mejora la competencia emocional y reduce los conflictos sociales, lo cual confluye con la educación en valores, proporcionando bienestar tanto personal como social. Además, para implementar la educación socioemocional en el aula de forma efectiva, la formación docente en competencias emocionales ha de ser previa y continua, así como tener una actitud congruente con la educación que pretende. En virtud de los resultados, se propone un proyecto educativo que ofrece recursos a los docentes para desarrollar la educación socioemocional en el aula desde los tres años.
The purpose of this Final Degree Project was to investigate the relevance of the development of emotional education from an early age and the need to carry it out in the educational field. After selecting and analysing different scientific articles on this subject, the multiple benefits of socio-emotional education were revealed and it was confirmed that such education improves emotional competence and reduces social conflicts, which converges with values education, providing both personal and social. In addition, to implement socio-emotional education in the classroom effectively, teacher training in emotional competencies must be prior and continuous, as well as having an attitude consistent with the education that is intended. Based on the results, an educational project is proposed that offers teachers resources to develop social-emotional education in the classroom from the age of three.
