Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo desarrolla un programa de orientación e intervención
psicopedagógica dirigido a la inserción laboral y promoción de salud de personas con
discapacidad intelectual y una enfermedad rara y/o crónica. Este colectivo está
formándose con el fin de ingresar en el mundo laboral. Por tanto, es oportuno dirigir
la intervención a ellos y a sus progenitores.
Esta intervención se aplica en los 3 ámbitos de la orientación educativa. Desde la
acción tutorial se presenta un programa para los progenitores, tejiéndose una red de
apoyo e impulsando prácticas y habilidades adecuadas al fomento de la inserción
laboral de sus hijos. Desde la atención a la diversidad se trabaja la promoción de la
salud a través de una alimentación equilibrada y uso correcto de servicios
sociosanitarios. Finalmente en la orientación académica y profesional se va a capacitar
al alumnado para la búsqueda activa y mantenimiento de empleo mediante el
entrenamiento en habilidades laborales.

[EN]This project develops an orientation and psychopedagogical intervention program aimed at the labor insertion and health promotion of people with intellectual disabilities and a rare and / or chronic disease. This group is being formed in order to enter the working world. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the intervention to them and their parents. This intervention is applied in the 3 areas of educational guidance. From the tutorial action, a program for the parents is presented, weaving a support network and promoting practices and skills appropriate to the promotion of the labor insertion of their children. From the attention to the diversity works the promotion of health through a balanced diet and correct use of socio-health services. Finally, in the academic and professional orientation, students will be trained to actively search and maintain employment through job skills training.
