Resumen
[ES]La investigación se ha fundamentado en la propuesta de modificación del envase de arroz redondo La Fallera. Se ha seleccionado esta marca, ya que tras analizar las diferentes marcas presentes en el mercado del arroz, La Fallera destaca por su gran presencia y posición en el mercado. Debido a que su envase actual presenta deficiencias en su ergonomía y dispensación, se ha estrechado para adaptarlo a la mano del consumidor y se le ha incorporado un dosificador. El nuevo envase se ha testado a través de un cuestionario mediante el envío de éste por correo electrónico, mediante la ubicación del cuestionario a través de un enlace web y por las redes sociales. Según los resultados obtenidos, la propuesta ha sido aceptada por el público objetivo, ya que cubre las carencias planteadas por el envase actual, y por lo tanto, los consumidores estarían dispuestos a pagar un precio superior.
[EN]The following investigation has been based on a modification of a specific rice wrapper know as ‘La Fallera’. This brand has been selected because of its presence in the market, after analyzing various kinds of rice which are offered nowadays in every supermarket. The current wrapper of ‘La Fallera’ shows ergonomic deficiencies and a failing dispensing. As a consequence of that, it has been modified to a more comfortable shape and a new dispenser has been included. This new wrapper has been tested through a questionnaire which has been available on the Internet and social media. According to the results, this proposal has been accepted by the people who completed that questionnaire and they would not mind paying more for this new model.
