Technology in class, a new need for young learners of foreign languages in the 21st century

Resumen
Esta ampliamente comprendido que los distintos métodos de enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras han sido debatidos durante mucho tiempo. Por esta razón, hemos pensado en que la realización de una comparación histórica que muestre una visión más profunda acerca del camino por el cual han evolucionado estas metodologías hasta la actualidad. Además, entender la influencia del método
comunicativo en los métodos más actuales y como ha afectado el cambio social y la opinión acerca del aprendizaje de lenguas. Tras este análisis, aprovecharemos los conceptos obtenidos tras la conclusión de la investigación y elaboraremos una unidad didáctica en la que trataremos de reforzar la capacidad de atención en la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera.
It is widely understood that teaching methods of foreign languages has been a topic of discussion through time. For this reason, we have thought that an historical comparison will prove an insight into what path has methodology evolution taken that directed us to this date. How the Communicative Method has influenced the most recent approaches and which social changes and vision of learning languages. Afterwards, when the investigation process is completed, we shall use the obtained ideas and conclusion to prepare a didactic proposal where the main objective will be the English Learning with variety and attention reinforcement activities.
