Resumen
[ES] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, he tratado de realizar un estudio
sobre las competencias que se han de adquirir por el alumnado tras
su paso por el grado de Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
Se ha estudiado si dichas competencias han sido adquiridas por mí
y se han analizado aquellas que son consideradas más importantes,
tratando de ofrecer una muestra que así lo evidencie. Por otro lado,
he analizado aquellas competencias consideradas como no
adquiridas y he investigado a través de internet para conocer, de
primera mano, cómo lo hacen otras universidades para que sus
alumnos adquieran dichas competencias no adquiridas por mí y he
utilizado estos mismos ejemplos como proposición para adquirir
estas competencias en este grado. Por último, he realizado una
serie de conclusiones a las que he llegado gracias a la
investigación y creación de este trabajo.
[EN] In this Final Degree Project, I have tried to carry out a study on the competences to be acquired by students after passing through the degree of Business Administration and Management. It has been studied if these competences have been acquired by me and those that are considered most important have been analysed, trying to offer a sample that evidences this. On the other hand, I have analysed those competences considered not acquired and I have researched through internet to know, first hand, how other universities do it so that their students acquire those competences not acquired by me and I have used these same examples as a proposition to acquire these skills in this grade. Finally, I have made a series of conclusions to which I have come thanks to the research and creation of this work.
