Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado, trata sobre la Inteligencia Emocional. La inteligencia emocional es un factor clave en la formación y desarrollo íntegro de toda persona, por ello, es importante trabajarla desde edades tempranas. Las emociones son factores bastantes complejos, por lo que, se intentará acercar a las mismas, con la ayuda de una enseñanza-aprendizaje lúdica. Para llevar a cabo el conocimiento de la IE, se dividirá el trabajo en dos partes. En primer lugar, se encuentra la fundamentación teórica, a través de la cual se desarrollará el concepto y clasificación de las emociones, se profundizará en la IE, mostrando los antecedentes de la misma y diversos modelos teóricos, así como, algunos estudios empíricos. Además, se hablará de la inteligencia emocional en el ámbito educativo. En segundo lugar, se expondrá una propuesta práctica, en la que se mostrarán diversas actividades para desarrollar en el aula con niños de 8-9 años.
This Final Project Grade, is about Emotional Intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a key factor in the formation and development of every person, therefore, it is important to work from an early age. Emotions are quite complex factors, so, they will try to approach the same with the help of a playful teaching-learning. To carry out the knowledge of EI, the work shall be divided into two parts. First, there is the theoretical foundation, through which the concept and classification of emotions will be developed, EI to be deepened, showing the background of it and various theoretical models, as well as, some empirical studies. In addition, we will talk about emotional intelligence in education. Secondly, a practical proposal will be presented, which will show various activities to develop in the classroom with children aged 8-9 years.
