[EN]The present Final Master's Project (TFM) is an intervention program of orientation and psychopedagogical intervention aimed at students with high abilities. This concept, is a term still unknown and that is full of myths. Thus, the aim of this work will be to raise awareness, sensitize and give the necessary guidelines, both to teachers and students, to respond effectively to their educational needs. Also, special emphasis will be placed on the female gender since, after a literature review, it has been proven that girls with high abilities are diagnosed to a lesser extent than boys. Therefore, they will also be given an effective response to their specific educational needs. This intervention will be carried out through the three areas of educational guidance: attention to diversity, tutorial action and academic and professional guidance.
