Resumen
[ES]La gestión de los Recursos Humanos es un área de gran relevancia en el mundo empresarial. Es esencial contar con un personal cualificado, motivado e implicado en las organizaciones. En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado, hemos analizado las principales funciones en la gestión de los Recursos Humanos, localizando para cada función al menos una buena práctica llevada a cabo por empresas del IBEX 35. Además, hemos analizado algunas nuevas técnicas en la gestión de los Recursos Humanos, localizando de igual forma al menos una buena práctica en el mismo colectivo de empresas para cada nueva técnica, concluyendo con una opinión personal acerca de este Trabajo Fin de Grado. Tanto la parte teórica como la parte práctica de este Trabajo Fin de Grado están apoyadas en justificaciones secundarias y, la metodología que se ha usado en este Trabajo Fin de Grado es la del Método del Caso.
[EN]Management of human resources is a very important area in business world. It is essential to have a qualified staff, motivated and involved in organizations. In this dissertation, we have analyzed the different functions of human resources management locating, for ech function, at least, a good practice carried out by IBEX 35 companies. Therefore, we have analyzed some new ways in human resources management, locating likewise, at least, a good practices in the same group of companies for each new tecnique, concluding with an personal opinion about this dissertation. Both the theoretical part and the practical part of this dissertation are based on secondary justifications and methodology that had been used in this dissertation is the Method of Case.
