Resumen
El presente trabajo aborda diferentes ideas y conceptos sobre el cuento motor y la inteligencia emocional en la primera parte y, una Propuesta Didáctica, en la segunda, que puede servir de instrumento en las aulas de Educación Infantil. El objetivo fundamental es incorporar la inteligencia emocional al aula de psicomotricidad, a través de los cuentos motores, como un recurso que propicia el desarrollo integral del alumnado. Se destacan las sesiones, en las que diferentes tipos de cuentos (tradicionales, de emociones o de elaboración propia), se convierten en motores, incluyéndoles un componente emocional. Las conclusiones recogen los resultados de la propuesta de seis sesiones y el nuevo tipo de cuento motor como un recurso alternativo; se identifican los sentimientos y el reconocimiento de las emociones, así como la importancia de la puesta en práctica de estas actividades físico-culturales de carácter educativo y emocional. El trabajo se completa con prospectivas de futuro.
The first part of this dissertation deals with different concepts and ideas related to movement stories and emotional intelligence, while the second section offers a teaching unit which can be employed in preschool education. The main objective of the teaching unit is to foster a comprehensive development in pupils integrating emotional intelligence with psychomotricity and movement stories. The unit consists of six sessions which involve different types of stories (traditional stories, stories about feelings, stories of my own etc.) which were reinvented so as to integrate emotional and motor aspects.The conclusions of the dissertation analyse the results of the teaching unit taking into account its innovative aspects like movement stories and emotional intelligence. Above all, the identification of emotions and feelings and teaching through motor and cultural activities are the most important aspects of this pedagogical innovation. The dissertation concludes with the analysis of future applications of this innovation.
