[EN] Emotional regulation is the ability to accept, model and manage positive and negative emotions (intrapersonal and interpersonal), in order to adapt effectively to the social context. Several studies have observed that listening to the natural soundscape has a positive effect on the deployment of emotional regulation strategies that increase people's subjective well-being. The aim of this Master's thesis is to develop an intervention programme in emotional regulation to increase the subjective well-being of pupils in the sixth year of Primary Education, through the soundscape and acoustic ecology. It is hoped that participants will achieve the objectives set and that they will develop their affective and social dimension through musical sensitivity.
