INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL PARA TRABAJAR LAS CONDUCTAS DISRUPTIVAS EN EL AULA CON MENORES EN RIESGO DE EXCLUSIÓN SOCIAL

Resumen
[ES]En el presente programa se abordarán y relacionarán los siguientes conceptos: las
conductas disruptivas en el aula, menores en riesgo de exclusión social, inteligencia
emocional y habilidades sociales. Esto es así por la contextualización del programa, ya que,
en el IES Los Cerros se observan este tipo de conductas dentro del aula en menores en
riesgo de exclusión social.
Estos menores no han adquirido en su momento competencias emocionales ni sociales
para afrontar las problemáticas que se le presenten en su vida cotidiana; así que, se
trabajará en base a actuaciones que ofrezcan herramientas al alumnado que le permitan
desarrollarse como personas asertivas que sean capaces de mantener relaciones
interpersonales correctamente.
Las unidades de actuación serán tres, en una se creará un recurso en el que se ofrecerá al
profesorado una serie de actividades para realizarlas en el horario de tutoría; en otra se
desarrollará un protocolo de actuación basado en la conducta disruptiva observada en un
sujeto; y en la última, se ofrecerán sesiones informativas con el fin de orientar a los jóvenes
académica y laboralmente.

[EN]In this program, the following concepts will be addressed and related: disruptive behavior in the classroom, minors at risk of social exclusion, emotional intelligence and social skills. This is so because of the contextualization of the program, since, in the IES Los Cerros, this type of behavior is observed in the classroom in minors at risk of social exclusion. These minors have not acquired emotional or social skills at the time to face the problems that arise in their daily lives; so, work will be based on actions that offer tools to students that allow them to develop as assertive people who are able to maintain interpersonal relationships correctly. The units of action will be three, in one a resource will be created in which the teacher will be offered a series of activities to carry out in the tutoring schedule; in another, an action protocol based on the disruptive behavior observed in a subject will be developed; and in the last, information sessions will be offered in order to guide young people academically and professionally.
