RELACIÓN CONCURSAL ENTRE ESTAFA Y FALSEDAD DOCUMENTAL

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo hablo sobre los Delitos Socio-económicos, más

concretamente: Estafa y Falsedad Documental. Quiero destacar las distintas sentencias que dictan los Tribunales sobre los concursos entre ambos delitos. Para ello, realizo un análisis de ambos delitos así como de las distintas agravaciones y cualificaciones que se aprecian en ellos. Todo esto lo expongo basándome en la reforma del Código Penal del año 2015 y legislación anterior para artículos que no han sufrido modificaciones. [EN] In this work I talked about socisl-economics offences, more particularly: fraud and false documentary. I want to stand out the different judgements that dictate the Courts about the contest beetwen both. To do this, I do an analysis of both offences as well as different aggravations and qualifications that can be seen in them. All this I say based on the reform of penal code to the year 2015 and previous legislation to articles whose not been mofidied.
