“LA FISCALIDAD ANTE LAS CATÁSTROFES NATURALES”

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo de fin de grado hablaremos sobre la realidad de las Catástrofes naturales en España y en el resto de países dentro de la Unión Europea y fuera de ella. Nos centraremos también en su situación y diferenciaremos según el grado de evolución de ellos. Proseguiremos a su vez, con la forma de actuar que tienen los poderes públicos tanto económica como socialmente y como se responde ante estos desastres fiscalmente. En última instancia, se hablará de las ayudas y los beneficios fiscales, la irregularidad de las ayudas del Estado y la intervención de los seguros.

[EN] In this end-of-degree project we will talk about the reality of natural catastrophes in Spain and in the rest of the countries within the European Union and beyond. We will also focus on the session and differentiate according to the degree of their evolution. We will continue in turn, with the way in which the public authorities have both economically and socially and how they respond to these disasters according to taxation. It will also talk about aid and tax benefits, the irregularity of State aid and lastly the intervention of insurance.
