Reacondicionamiento estructural para espacio cultural del Palacio de Zambra en Linares (Jaén)

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo de este estudio es reacondicionar un edifico emblemático de Linares como es el Palacio de Zambrana (Siglo XVI). Al ser considerado un lugar de interés turístico, su fachada deberá ser conservada. El primer paso a realizar es una demolición parcial la cual debe ser poco agresiva debido a la existencia de edificios colindantes. Una vez llevada a cabo la demolición, la fachada será estabilizada utilizando estructuras en celosía con un lastre y estas estructuras irán ancladas a la fachada. Cuando la fachada sea estable, se realizará una estructura metálica que servirá de esqueleto del nuevo edificio, seguidamente se llevarán a cabo los cerramientos y las particiones adecuadas para un edificio con uso cultural.

[EN]The aim of this work is to rehabilitate an emblematic building in Linares known as “Palacio de Zambrana” (XVI century). As it is considered a place of touristic interest, its facade will be conserved. The first thing we have to do is a partial demolition which must not be very aggressive due to the existence of adjoining buildings. Once the demolition has been carried out, the facade will be stabilized, requiring footings with lattices anchored to it. When the facade is stabilized it is intended to make a metal structure anchored to the facade that will serve as the skeleton of the new building. Later, the closing will be carried out and the appropriate partitions will be made to lodge a construction for cultural use.
