UN ESTUDIO DEL SANEAMIENTO POR EVICCIÓN EN LA COMPRAVENTA

Abstract

[ES] Las obligaciones principales del vendedor, derivadas de la perfección de un contrato de compraventa, consisten en entregar la cosa vendida y conservarla con la diligencia propia de un buen padre de familia y prestar la garantía de saneamiento en los casos de evicción y vicios ocultos. Por medio de la obligación de saneamiento por evicción, el vendedor responderá frente al comprador de la posesión legal y pacífica de la cosa vendida. Al desarrollo de esta obligación principal del vendedor, de prestar la garantía de saneamiento por evicción, por la que el mismo estará obligado a responder frente al comprador de la posesión de la cosa, dedico este Trabajo Fin de Grado

[EN] The principal obligations of the seller, derived from the perfection of a contract of sale, consist of delivering the sold thing and of preserving it with the own diligence of a good father of family and of giving the guarantee of reparation in the cases of eviction and secret vices. By means of the obligation of reparation for eviction, the seller will answer opposite to the buyer of the legal and pacific possession of the sold thing. To the development of this principal obligation of the seller of giving the guarantee of reparation for eviction, by which the same one will be forced to answer opposite to the buyer of the possession of the thing, I dedicate this Work End of Degree.
