Deteccion de perfiles de usuario en el dominio turistico

Abstract

[ES] En este proyecto se aplicaran tecnicas de recuperacion de informacion y de procesamiento de lenguaje natural con el fin de extraer, analizar y sacar conclusiones de las opiniones de los viajeros de un portal web turistico. Para ellos se desarrollara una aplicacion web que muestre informacion util del perfil del viajero y otros datos de interes que puedan ayudar a la toma de decisiones de una entidad a ofrecer servicios turisticos mas personalizados.

[EN] In this project information retrieval and natural language processing techniques will be applied in order to extract, analyze and draw conclusions from the opinions of travelers of a tourism web portal. For them, a web application will be developed that shows useful information of the traveler's profile and other data of interest that can help the decision making of an entity to offer more personalized tourist services.
